Here is a home that is the result of a talented architect and trusting client. I admire the work of Matt Elkan which is modern yet somehow familiar. This small house is still small, but it feels grand with large expanses of glass showcasing the views. I had the pleasure of working with Matt and his client, helping with the soft furnishings and window treatments.
