Loving Colour # 2

This is yet another Kelly Wearstler creation! I have to assume the pictures above are of the one home. The use of dusky pink in the mainly black and white scheme is very clever making it a home that is equally masculine and feminine. I love the front door and am imagining the vignette of dresser and stools is on the landing at the top of the stairs. Very inspiring indeed!

Loving colour # 1

I found this image this morning and was instantly inspired. Kelly Wearster has put together a wonderful room that is almost a kaleidoscope overload. The use of colour seems to nod at the painting above the sofa and I love the fact that pattern is reserved for decorative items and wall art. large blocks of colour make for a not-to-serious but very stylish living room.
